Shipping Methods

Our prices DO NOT include shipping. If you provide an email address. an invoice with the amount of your order plus the shipping cost will be sent. Tracking numbers will usually arrive in your inbox by the next morning after shipping..

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Back-orders ship as soon as available. Standard shipping is by UPS Ground service. We also use USPS flat rate boxes for many smaller items.  All drop shipments will be charged an additional $5.00 fee. Shipments to Canada do not include brokerage fees, tax or duties. Most orders over 100-150 lbs. ship by pallet, via motor freight. 3rd party billing on shipping is accepted when proper information is received and confirmed.

Overseas or foreign countries. We do not provide direct Shipping to any countries outside the United States or Canada. Shipping will be arranged to the freight forwarder of your choice. Please be specific on the details as to what documents, declarations and how many copies are necessary in order for the shipment to be handled correctly. 

15 Day Return Guarantee

We guarantee satisfaction on all our products. If you are not satisfied with an item and it is in original, resalable condition, call for a return authorization number within 15 days of receipt. You will receive return instructions at that time. Special order merchandise is not returnable. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Call for details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Items damaged in shipment have the base insured amount of $100.00, for additional insured value we will provide a quote. Inspect your order when it arrives. DO NOT sign for a damaged parcel without full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify your local UPS terminal within 24 hrs or call 303-238-8343 for instructions. Please call303-238-8343 if your order is not received within two weeks. It is most likely lost in transit. Orders may be tracked directly on http://www.ups.com with the package tracking number. We will furnish that number, or we can track the package for you. Packages sent by U.S. mail require a 30 day waiting period to file a claim.

Additional Fees

Over weight or over sized packages may include an additional UPS fee. NOTE: (UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box address.) All shipping charges include handling & insurance as applicable. Shipping address must be correct. If any part is incorrect or missing, UPS will charge back $5.00 to the customer for the address correction. COD shipments will have an additional $9.50 UPS fee added. Colorado residents must add 3% sales tax.
